Vinayaki (Sanskrit: Vināyakī) is the female form – the Shakti – of Vinayaka, that is Ganesha. She is depicted as an elephant-headed goddess: the creative, acting force, connected with wisdom, clarity and the overcoming of obstacles. She gives her name to Vinayaki-Anne and with it to Vinayaki-Yoga & Coaching. You can read more about it on the page About us.

Our logo unites two beings in one silhouette: on the left Ganesha – crown, ear and the trunk that holds the flame – as a symbol of wisdom and a good beginning. On the right Vinayaki-Anne – the woman's face in open hair – for the female, creative force. You will find the whole story behind name and logo on the page About us.

Our work follows a compass of five guiding values: teaching and learning at once, mindful language, voluntariness, transparency and a respectful handling of technology. What that means in practice for yoga, coaching and our offerings can be read on the page Code of Ethics.

In two places: in our yoga room at Blumenstraße 30 in Lauenburg/Elbe – in small groups, individually accompanied – and through the adult education centre (VHS) at the Witzeeze cultural centre in groups of at most 14 people. Which courses take place when and where is shown by the course schedule.

That depends on the place: for the courses in Lauenburg you register directly with us – by phone, via WhatsApp or through our contact form. The courses in Witzeeze run through the Volkshochschule Büchen-Gudow.

Yes, after arranging it personally – places are limited, so a place has to be free and we agree the date individually. A trial class is chargeable and matches the price of a single class (22 €). Request a trial class

With us there is no strict separation by level of experience: we adapt the classes individually to the needs and abilities of the participants – from the first step on the mat to a practice of many years. Aids such as yoga straps, blocks or the chair give support where support is needed.

Holistic Hatha yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda, enriched with elements from other styles such as the quiet Yin yoga or the flowing Vinyasa yoga. You can read more about it on the page Vinayaki-Yoga style.

A single or trial class (90 minutes in a group) costs 22 €. The course packages: 4 units 80 € (20 € per unit), 8 units 148 € (18.50 €) and 12 units 180 € (15 €). For the chosen period we hold a place for you bindingly. All details: Prices & terms · Yoga.

Yoga courses: by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash – 50 % of the course fee is due on registration, the other half at the first course date at the latest.

Singing bowl massage & Reiki: on site by PayPal or in cash. Coaching: on site by PayPal or in cash, accompaniments over several sessions also by bank transfer.

There is no right to make up missed classes – the full course amount is always due, regardless of how often you are able to attend. You may, however, send a replacement participant who takes your yoga class; in that case please let us know by phone or in writing.

Yes. If you recommend us and the person you referred registers bindingly for a course package and has paid the full course fee, you both receive a 10 % discount: you on your next course booking, the referred person on their first booking.

For courses, workshops, events and treatment appointments that take place on a fixed date or in a fixed period there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Freely redeemable value vouchers bought online can be withdrawn through our withdrawal form.

An effective method of healing and self-healing: when the singing bowl is struck, its vibration spreads gently – you do not only hear the sound, you feel it throughout your body. We begin with an initial conversation: how are you, are there themes moving you at the moment, and would you like a treatment of the whole body or of selected areas? During the treatment the hands are held above your body or laid upon it – which you prefer is something we discuss beforehand. Usually a deep relaxation sets in; at the end we talk about how you feel and what you perceived. More on the Reiki page.

Singing bowl massage: short treatment (30 minutes) 40 €, intensive treatment (60–90 minutes) 75 €. Reiki: partial treatment (30–40 minutes) 40 €, full-body treatment (60–90 minutes) 75 €. Payment is made on site by PayPal or in cash. All details: Prices & terms · Sound & Reiki.

Your registration is binding. If you cancel your appointment for singing bowl massage or Reiki less than 48 hours beforehand, a cancellation fee of 30 € becomes due.

No. We are neither doctors nor therapists – our offerings support your general well-being and your relaxation and are no substitute for medical or psychological advice, treatment or therapy. If you have medical or psychological concerns, please check with your treating doctor or therapist beforehand.

By getting in touch – best of all through our contact form, but you can also call or send a message via WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal. We then arrange a free, non-binding introductory conversation (20–30 minutes); to prepare, you receive an introductory questionnaire about you, your concern and your expectations.

The introductory conversation is free. Single session (60 minutes) 80 €, intensive session (90 minutes) 110 €, coaching & yoga (90 minutes) 110 €. Accompaniments: 3 × 60 minutes 225 € (valid for 6 months), 5 × 60 minutes 360 € (valid for 9 months). All details: Prices & terms · Coaching.

On site in the yoga room in Lauenburg, online or in a neutral place – in nature too, if you like. A neutral place can help to free the view for new perspectives.

Free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that a cancellation fee of 40 € becomes due; in the case of a cancellation less than 24 hours beforehand or of non-attendance, the agreed fee. The cancellation fee is waived insofar as the appointment can be given to someone else.

Yes. Everything you say in coaching is treated in strict confidence and is not passed on to third parties. Recordings are made only with your explicit consent; notes are kept protected and destroyed as soon as they are no longer needed.

Part of the quality of my work is supervision: the anonymised reflection on coaching processes with a qualified outside person. Supervision that takes up aspects of our coaching happens exclusively with your explicit consent. Personal data such as your name is not passed on in the process. For all of our offerings: yoga, singing bowl massage, Reiki, coaching or one of our events. You choose a freely selectable amount or give a particular offering straight away – the person receiving it can also decide for themselves what to redeem the voucher for. Three years, counted from the end of the year in which it was issued. The voucher is transferable; if an amount remains after redemption, it stays on the voucher – a payout in cash is not possible.

Yes. Workshops, sound evenings and mantra singing are one-off dates & events alongside the weekly schedule and can be booked individually – also without having booked other courses with us. For singing mantras together no skill is needed, only joy in the shared sound. All dates: Dates & events.

Our app for home: guided breathing exercises, a drinking companion with gentle reminders and a wiki with terms from yoga, Reiki and coaching – for the Apple Watch too. It grows piece by piece, for iOS and Android; on the App Store and Google Play it will be available shortly. More on the page VYC Sahitya App.

Today the app works entirely locally on your device: without an account, without tracking, without advertising. You will find details in the privacy policy of the app.

“Sahitya” stands in Sanskrit for writings and handed-down knowledge – and at the same time for connectedness and community.
