Coaching

Your path may change

Support for what moves you

Sometimes everyday life challenges us, sometimes a change is due – a new professional path, an important decision or an idea that finally wants to become real. In coaching we look together at what moves you right now, which obstacles may still hold you back and which next steps can feel right for you. Inspired by Ganesha, who stands for new beginnings and for removing obstacles, I accompany you in shaping your own path with more clarity and trust.

POSSIBLE TOPICS IN COACHING

Does this sound familiar?

Do you often doubt yourself?

Some beliefs have been with us for a very long time. They can make us play ourselves down, feel ashamed of our thoughts or feelings, constantly question our actions or take responsibility for what really belongs to others. In coaching we look at this together: which inner convictions hold you back – and which perspectives can support you in standing up for your values, wishes and goals?

Are you looking for someone who listens?

Sometimes what is needed is not quick advice but a person who truly listens – without judging, condemning or prescribing solutions. In a protected conversation you can sort your thoughts and say what moves you. Focused questions can help you look at your situation from new perspectives and discover your own options.

Would you like to realise your ideas?

Perhaps you carry a vision, a project or a wish with you – and still find it hard to start acting. Together we bring structure into your thoughts, develop reachable goals and shape a path that fits you and your everyday life. There is no single right plan – there is your own, which we can develop step by step.

Clarity up front

What you will not find with me

No ready-made recipes

I do not work with ready-made solutions, rigid step-by-step plans or quick promises. Every person is unique – and even when challenges look similar at first glance, they have their own history and different causes, and therefore need an individual path.

Perhaps you know statements like:

You just have to do these five things, and then …”

You must never do these five things, otherwise …”

Such simple recipes meet us more and more often these days. Yet they rarely do justice to the many layers of a person and their life. So I do not want to present or impose a finished solution on you – nor tell you how to live or decide.

No magic trick

Coaching does not work like magic either – a snap of the fingers and every problem has dissolved. Coaching means engaging honestly with yourself, with your own thoughts, patterns, beliefs and your personal surroundings. That can be challenging and sometimes uncomfortable, it may touch you and sometimes it may hurt.

I cannot take the change off your hands: the work, the decisions and the steps on your path stay with you. I accompany you – I listen, ask questions, open new perspectives, offer you tools, hold space and support you in finding your own answers and next steps.

Your pace, your path

Not everything will succeed at once. Sometimes it takes time, sometimes detours – and sometimes it feels like one or two steps back. What has grown and settled over years as habits, beliefs or obstacles does not usually dissolve overnight. Change needs patience, openness, stamina and the willingness to keep walking the path between our sessions.
If you are ready to engage openly with yourself and your surroundings, I am glad to accompany you on your very own path.

Your path to coaching

What happens next?

You have made your choice and want to change your life fundamentally.

1

Getting in touch

The easiest way to reach me is our contact form. You can also call me or send me a message via WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal. I will get back to you soon.

2

Introductory questionnaire

We arrange a date for a free introductory conversation. To prepare it I give you a questionnaire — it is about you, your concern and your concrete expectations of me and of our coaching.

3

We get to know each other

I look forward to meeting you and talking about your concerns and goals. It is important that the coaching is tuned to your needs. If you agree, we set the first appointments.

Good to know

A few more notes

Not therapy

Coaching is no substitute for therapy and is not a treatment for psychological or physical illness. It can, however, sensibly accompany and complement therapy.
If you are already in therapy, please talk to your therapist beforehand about whether coaching suits you at the moment.

Body & mind

If it feels right for you, we combine coaching with yoga, meditation or singing bowl massage. That creates a whole space in which not only the mind but also the body finds support.
The rule always holds: you decide entirely freely what supports you best on your path right now. None of it is a must.

Where we meet

Coaching can take place on site, online or at a neutral place, in nature if you like.
A neutral place can help: we can talk undisturbed and make room for what moves you right now. Places are often tied to memories, emotions and energies. That can support you, but it can also block you. At a neutral place the view may open up for new perspectives.

Quality & trust

Supervision in coaching

I reflect on my own work regularly too. Supervision gives me a protected professional setting in which to look at coaching processes together with a qualified outside person, to gain new perspectives and to develop my approach further. In this way it helps me to accompany you attentively, responsibly and professionally.

Your trust and your privacy come first in this. Supervision that takes up aspects of our coaching happens only if you have explicitly agreed to it beforehand. Contents are discussed anonymously: personal data such as your name is not passed on.

Supervision is not there to judge you or to take decisions about you. It is a way of reflecting on the quality of my accompaniment, so that I can gain new impulses and support you even more consciously on your own individual path.

Ready for the first step?

I look forward to meeting you and working on your topics together with you.
