Clear, fair and without small print

Here you find the prices for my coaching offerings — including the terms of participation. We always begin with a free introductory conversation so that you can decide calmly whether we are a good fit.

Coaching at a glance

I give coaching as individual support — in the yoga room in Lauenburg or online if you prefer. You can book single sessions or be accompanied across several appointments.

in person with us, by phone or online, to get to know each other and clarify your concern and your expectations

90 minutes

more time for deeper processes, gladly combined with breath or energy work

Support across several appointments

Three-session support

3 × 60 minutes

for a clearly defined topic, valid for 6 months

Five-session support

5 × 60 minutes

for processes of change with more breathing space, valid for 9 months

Coaching & yoga

90 minutes

conversation combined with yoga, meditation and energy work

Payment is on site: by PayPal or in cash; multi-session support also by bank transfer. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 40 € applies; everything else is in the general terms and conditions.

Coaching

General terms and conditions

Arranged coaching appointments are binding. Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours before the arranged appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 40 € applies. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not show up, the agreed fee for the appointment applies.
The cancellation fee does not apply if the appointment can be filled otherwise. You remain free to show that no damage, or substantially less damage, was incurred.

You pay for single sessions on site by PayPal or in cash. Multi-session support can additionally be paid by bank transfer; it is valid for 6 or 9 months from the first appointment and is not transferable to other people.

The introductory conversation is free and non-binding. No obligation arises from it for you.
