Values that guide us
From the very beginning it is clear that our values should flow into the platform and the app. This compass applies to our life just as much as to our work: to the language we choose, the prices we shape and the way we treat each other. Five guiding thoughts make the beginning; they keep growing with us.
Depending on the situation we take on different roles: we gladly share our knowledge and our experience with you. At the same time we remain learners ourselves - through encounters, conversations and the community.
We do not know everything and we make mistakes too. If you see things differently, find something out of tune or experienced a session differently, please talk to us. In open exchange we find a good way together.

This compass of values is not a rigid set of rules. It may develop further – with us, with you and with our platform.
