What this form is for

For contracts you concluded online with us and for which a statutory right of withdrawal exists — above all freely redeemable gift vouchers. The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal before it expires.

What it is not meant for

For events, workshops, courses as well as singing-bowl and Reiki appointments with a fixed date or period. Such scheduled leisure services are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code).
