Getting started can be exciting and challenging, and that's perfectly normal! Whether you're looking for flexibility, strength or relaxation, Yoga has something to offer everyone. Our Yoga Room
In our space we offer Yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, so that everyone can feel at ease. We place great value on making individual adjustments to your wishes and needs, to make sure that you can get the very best out of your Yoga practice. The classes are designed for a small group of four to six participants, which allows for personal attention and an intensive experience.

Yoga at the Büchen-Gudow Adult Education Centre
At the Witzeeze Cultural Centre I offer Yoga in closed groups of up to 14 participants. These classes are aimed at all levels of experience and thus give you the opportunity to keep developing regardless of your prior knowledge. The manageable group size allows for an intensive exchange and individual attention, so that every participant is supported in the best possible way.
