
My Yoga Classes
are based on the holistic yoga taught by Swami Sivananda. Into these, however, I also weave elements from other styles, such as Yin Yoga or Vinyasa Yoga. For me, yoga is a way of life that goes beyond mere exercises on the mat. I share practical knowledge with you that you can bring into your everyday life. In my classes I offer you a selection of Pranayama techniques (breathing exercises), Asanas (physical postures) as well as meditation and relaxation techniques that are enriching for body, mind and soul. The spiritual dimension also plays an important role here, helping you to find and strengthen your inner balance.
